Go Tianguis is operated by Expedia Solutions, LLC. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Go Tianguis is a marketplace connecting makers, vendors, and creators ("sellers") with shoppers. Some listings are sold directly by Go Tianguis; others are sold by independent sellers using the platform.

For seller-fulfilled listings, the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, order fulfillment, and product quality. Go Tianguis provides the platform, checkout, and payment processing.

Orders are subject to product availability. Pricing and currency are shown at checkout; charges are processed through our payment provider at the time of order.

Delivery or pickup options, timing, and any related fees are shown at checkout and may vary by seller and item.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match its listing, contact us at hello@gotianguis.com with your order number so we can help — directly, or by connecting you with the seller when the item is seller-fulfilled.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't use the site to defraud, harass, or misrepresent goods or identity.

The site and its listings are provided "as is." We work to keep listings and availability accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing is error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Go Tianguis / Expedia Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from a third-party seller's products.

We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
